Satisfactory service

My order arrived in good condition, but the delivery time was somewhat longer than their estimated window. There were a few hiccups along the way. After placing my order, it took a while for the confirmation to come through. Additionally, while the customer service team was friendly, the resolution to my inquiry took longer than I would have liked. While I was content with the service, there's room for improvement in streamlining some processes. I might consider giving them another try in the future, hoping for a smoother experience.
