Reasonable

Shipping was average in terms of speed. My order arrived within the time frame they provided, though it was on the later end. The packaging was basic, and while everything arrived undamaged, I think a little extra care could be taken to ensure items are more securely packed.

The quality of the items was hit or miss. A couple of products were as described and met my expectations. However, one item did not match the online picture, making me question their quality control.

Speaking of customer service, while they were responsive, the wait time was longer than I've experienced with other online shops. Once I got through, they were helpful and addressed most of my concerns.
