PURCHASING FROM CRAFTIVATING.COM WORST DECISION EVER

Ordered and paid approximately R800 16 October 2023. They never provided feedback; I had to keep emailing them. I received excuse after excuse. I eventually asked for a refund over and over again. Now they've closed down. Surely they must have known they were in huge trouble many months ago? Yet they still took orders and our money. What recourse do we have?
