Poor service Craftivating

I have ordered certain items from Craftivating on 25th January and paid via Payfast. I needed the stock for a customer and the website showed that I would receive the stock by end Jan 2024 Up to date I have not received my order. I have tracked my order several times and since ordering it the status remained unchanged and still is being processed. No reaction was received on several emails send to them and no answer on their phone number. I have never seen such poor service in my life.
