Poor Service and Communication.

Poor Service, have not received my refund since early December order placed and was promised delivery just before Christmas and then again end December but Craftivating then indicated they cannot deliver since the products are not in stock. Offered a refund and i have been awaiting their refund since January 2023. Its the 01 Feb now and no refund yet. would not recommend them.
