Poor and no customer service

Very unprofessional with no customer service. Do not know how to handle customers. Order placed in April and still no delivery in August. I have cancelled the order last week and when I asked for a refund they tell me it will take 23+ days same as how I paid with my card. I have done a Payfast EFT..... Eventually after advising them of the payment method I got my money back.
