Pathetic service

I placed an order in January 2024, I was advised shipping would take place by latest 8th February! It's now the 28th March I have not received my items, nor a refund. All my emails gas been ignored and disregarded. I'm not sure what else to do, clearly it's falling on deaf ears. I think I've been more then patient and hoping someone could reach out to me to advise the delay.. as this us beyond pathetic service and way out of their turn around times
