Pathetic on line company - Craftivating

This is the worst business ever. I ordered en October 2023 beginning November 2023. The feedback when I inquire about my order. They said there is a delay with the supplier. I asked after months for a refund. The feedback was the refund was sent to the correct department. The email stated "please refund". They did not even ask my banking detail. I am waiting 5 months now. If I wanted to order from overseas, I would have done it my self. This business is pathetic. Please do not order from Craftivating. You won't get you order. The only thing you will get. Is a "my bloed kook". I want to leave this. Wright it off. But I cannot. The people need to know about Craftivating. Pathetic-Pathetic
