Order placed and paid, no goods received 8 weeks later

I placed an order and paid on 12 March 2024 and received a confirmation email from ***. Only once I received the confirmation email was the expected delivery date shared, which was stated for between 26 March - 16 April, which already made me suspicious. I emailed to check in on my order on the 8th of April as well as 12th of April. No response. I’ve just sent another email requesting a full refund.
