On line orders

I'm so irate I placed an order on the 28th of November I got no tracking number nobody answers the phone the email is a joke I have sent must be 20 emails asking for assistance a tracking no R300 later no response other then we have received your email and someone will reply in 48 hours???? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 IS THIS ANOTHER FLY BY NIGHT ******* "COMPANY" this is disgusting I'm very angry and upset!!!!!
