Ordered a product ,payed for it already early July. I have not received any of my orders nor any feedback from anyone from this company. Extremely bad service .

15 Sept 2023, 14:09Eventually, Craftivating rep**** to my request concerning my order. I asked them to cancel my order, because up until today 2023/09/15 I have not received any product etc, and want my money back.
I did receive an email stating that my money would be paid back on the 9th of September 2023, but none. Then again on the 11th of September, after I requested what this issue was,I was promised I would be refunded before the day's end (11 Sep). Still nothing up till today.
Please future buyers from this company, instead seek another similar company with better client service.
