*******. No Goods and No Refund.

30 October 2023 I have placed an online order with craftivating.com. My order was for the amount of R1543.00 It is now 15 May 2024, I still have not received my order. I have send numerous emails. I have called 3 times, spoke to a representative called Michael. Every time they gave me a standard answer of international delays. They just keep opening a new ticket . I have asked them twice for a refund and all I get is a standard email respond that a new ticket has been opened. 7 Months later and I do not have my order or my money back. They should refund me. Do not use this company, you will not get your goods or money back. At this moment , they have ****** from me, no effort has been made to give me a refund.
