Negative experience with Craftivating

I have had the worst experience shopping with Craftivating! I was planning an event with a short-notice increase in people, and I required more supplies. I looked online, and Craftivating had everything I needed. 5 days until my event, I placed an order, ensuring everything was in stock on the website and chose a 2-3 business day delivery option, only to find out after purchasing that these products would take 5-15 working days to ship from China according to customer services! I had some good and some poor experiences with the customer service team while working on cancelling my order and getting a full refund. Thankfully, I did get the refund, but it did take longer than I was told to expect. Moral of the story is to work with local shops instead of these mass-production exporting sites because they are too unreliable, don't care about their customers, and if they are shipping internationally regularly, then they need to be more environmentally conscious.
