I ordered curtains for ZAR1200 in January. In March, the status was still 'pending'. I was told about the delay being because the product is coming from outside the country, etc.

When I cancelled the order I was told my account will be handed over I guess to another department. Guess what, radio silence ever since. Their phone number also doesn't go through.

Seems like a **** to me. I don't know if they are but all I know is that they took my money, they never delivered on their service, then became silent when I wanted my refund. So...
