I want my money back! No Product delivered 8months later

I ordered in June 2023 and when I did not receive the goods, I sent email messages and tried to call. Email confirmed that there is a delay with suppliers. This was the same feedback every time I followed up over the months. In February 2024 I asked for a refund and was advised that my request has been sent to Finance and would be processed within 7 days....... It is 3 June 2024....I am still waiting for my refund.

You can no longer access the website and my R900 is just gone!!!
