I think it's a ****

It really seems like this business is a ****. A few days after placing my order I was informed that they are awaiting stock, then that they are struggling with their supplier and are in the process of finding a new supplier. Every couple of weeks I ask for an update and the story stays the same. Eventually I asked for a refund. They reply that my request will be sent to the financial department. Asking for updates on the refund results in the same reply.

Friends of mine had similar experiences: "They didn't ship my order after like a month. So I canceled it and never got my money back" "Also never got my refund…products are never in stock either." "I didn't even bother to try and get a refund. Just wish I saw the reviews before I ordered."
