Horrible service from Craftivating.com

If the option was given of giving minus stars I would!

I placed my order on 26/27 November 2023. Delivery date of 7 - 31 December was given. After Christmas I enquired and was told due to the holidays and so on it will only arrive beginning January as they were awaiting the shipment. No communication from them as beginning January came and went. After inquiring again I was told middle January, middle January after inquiring yet again I was told no only after 2 weeks.

They do not communicate as a business to say look we are sorry but this is our challenge and we will keep you updated. No they remain silent .

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!

Will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else.
