Havent received my order

I have ordered an item from Craftivating more than a month ago. Chose the delivery option that stated I will get my item within 2 to 3 working days. Many phone calls later, I still havent received my order. I have asked for a refund but they havent even asked for my banking details yet. Just said they will send my refund request trough to finance department. When I asked for the finance department's contact or email information, they didnt want to give it to me. Everytime I phone they just say they are waiting for the shipment from overseas. I do not recommend that you buy from this Company.
