First Experience of Ordering from Craftivating = Dismal!

As I see has been the case for several reviewers here, I've been waiting for my Craftivating order since the 17th December (so almost 6 weeks now), even though they'd initially said I should receive it between the 23rd of Dec and 6th of Jan.

Then when I recently sent several emails to follow up on the status of my order, I received zero responses, and so decided to call them on their 087 number. This resulted in me receiving further non-committal feedback that I "might" receive it in "a further 2 - 3 weeks", by which stage, I will have been waiting a solid TWO MONTHS for one item (and that's assuming delivery will actually happen, as they've warily indicated!)

Needless to say, that is simply unacceptable and the lack of communication only serves to further frustrate me. Craftivating, as far as online retailers go, you SERIOUSLY need to up your game, because I for one, will never order from your website again and I will actively discourage my network from doing so as well.

Some CLEAR feedback on when I can expect to receive my order would be hugely appreciated, so that I can decide how I'd like to proceed from here.
