The shipping was on time, and the balloons arrived well packaged, ensuring they were in excellent condition upon delivery. I encountered a small issue with one of the balloons. It had a minor defect that was likely a result of the packaging or handling during shipping. While it wasn't a major problem, it did require a bit of extra attention to resolve.
