DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When I ordered online, their website mentioned delays, so they said they would then take 15 working business days which still would mean receiving my order in time for my daughters first birthday. ETA 08 Feb 2023. On 6 Feb I tracked my order and it had not even been dispatched yet though courier would take 3-5 business days. When querying via email (as you cannot get through to them on phone) they said they didn't have the stock. I kicked up a fuss and was told they cant give me a new eta even. Which is not good enough as they would have had to dispatch my order on Friday 03rd Feb for it to get to me on time by 8 Feb. They eventually called me after I threatened to take this further to social media, but the fact is I had no communication that there was going to be a delay until I made the query. They called me and offered a refund which is all good but doesn't help my situation to place a new order in time from elsewhere. Whether or not I get the refund after seeing the reviews of others still waiting for their refund is another story. Their customer service is poor and I would highly advise not to use their services.
