Don't be ****med!

I ordered a bunch of goods from Craftivating in January - and have continued to follow up with them and every time I am told that my order is stuck at customs. More recently there is no response from them :( These were goods to encourage my son for his school work and Birthday cards for my work team to celebrate them... instead I've done none of that and given (what might not be a lot of) money to someone I don't even know!
