Do yourself the favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM CRAFTIVATING!

If I could give Craftivating a 0 star rating, I would...

I placed my order on the 25th of June 2023. After enquiring on my delivery, and some back and forth, I was provided with an expected delivery date of between 12 and 14 July 2023. These days approached and again I had to follow up, and since have continuously followed up just to get the same standard answers that there is a delay with the supplier, international shipments, customs, and not ETA of my order.

They claim that they are working hard to get it sorted. Surely they should've worked hard enough by now (more than a month later) to at least give their customer(s) an update on the ETA on their order(s)?

I have been offered a refund until the items arrive. I am uncertain as to whether I should even accept this offer because if there is such poor service with fulfilling my order, will I ever get the refund of my hard worked for money?

They have false information laid out on your website (which they refer to in their emails) and communicated to their customers in terms of expected delivery. They do not communicate to their customers unless you contact them for an update on your order.

This experience has been horrific. Poor customer service. Poor service delivery. This will be my first and my last order with Craftivating. I have given up following up with them as I know what the response will be. I wait in anticipation to see if I ever receive my order.

Their items look lovely and are fairly priced, but it is not worth the customer experience that comes with it. Do yourself the favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM CRAFTIVATING!
