Do not buy from Cravtivating online store

I ordered items of R1500 in December 2023 it is March now 2024 and haven't received anything, there are lots of people complaining about the same experience and they did not get refunds up to this day. They have a website that looks legit but as far as I've heard no one has gotten items or refunds.
