Disgruntled customer

This company has no interest in the customer I placed an order in Novembet 2023 and paid the same day Delivery date was 24 December , which i thought was a long time to wait but keeping in mind that the Christmas rush was in full.swing i accepted that date To date 22 January i have had no joy in getting the order or a refund They do not answer emails concerning the status of the order Every time i emailed them the reply was that a " ticket: was added to the query - i then asked for a refund and again a " ticket" was added with a reply stating tha the refund department will do the necessary This is appalling customer service ! I will certainly never order from them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone Disgusting service
