I've placed an order and paid on 8 Nov 2023 with ETA 13 Dec 2023. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the number on the website all you do is spend time listening to an IVR. Sending emails is also no joy. I cancelled my order and requested a refund on 1 Feb and also confirmed by card number for the refund to take place. Received confirmation, however, I emailed them again requesting proof of my refund and then advised that the refund was processed on 13 Feb 2024 and will take 7-10 business days to reflect. So this ultimately takes 13 days to process a refund, this is a unacceptable!
