customer service non-existent!

Shocking customer service! Order placed on the 11th of August, and I have still have not received it! There is no communication from them unless you e-mail them and then get a pathetic response. I see from numerous reviews, that they claim it's always a shipping issue. They also claim on their website that what you order is in stock, yet in small fine print at the bottom, it's not in stock and needs to be ordered, which is then clearly coming on a slow boat from China and no -one knows if and when it is actually arriving. They are not at all transparent. Really not the way to run an on-line business!
