Craftiving not interested in you as a costumer

What a horrible experience to place an order only to have to follow up week after week and hear that they have issues with x, y and z. My order is now 3 weeks over due with no communication from their side or alternative recommendations made to you as client. This company does not care about you as a customer. STAY AWAY!!!!
