Craftivating.com zero customer service

Very dissapointing customer service. Item wasnt delivered. After trying to get info on my delivery every week I was always met with the same we don't know whats going response. When I asked for a number to call to follow up I was told to go look on the website for it. Atrocious customer service. No delivery of goods or refund until i wrote a review here. They then eventually refunded me then complained about the review which was removed so I am writing a new one warning people not to use this website.
