Craftivating.com is a **** in my opinion

Order placed with Craftivating.com on 4 Dec 2023. Response received on 08 Feb 2024 email explain a problem with the supplier. After various emails and telephone calls, since 23 Feb 2024 to date, requesting the cancellation of my order and a refund for moneys paid Craftivating.com has yet to process my refund.

I will not recommend Craftivating.com to any friends or family, their service is terrible and I dare say the way the operate comes across as a ****.
