I placed an order for lac curtains on 3rd March 2024 and paid for it. The delivery is supposed to be between March 15 and April 5. To date I have not received the goods neither have I received any communication from them despite my efforts to phone them and email them. What can I do to get a refund? Please help me. I am a pensioner, 80 years old, and need to be refunded and get the curtains from another supplier. Is there anybody who can let me know how to proceed to get a refund?
