Craftivating.com a **** company?

Craftivating seems like a **** company. I have ordered stuff from them and paid for it but it was never delivered. It is also not possible to communicate with them. Their phone does not work, emails are unanswered and you cannot get into their website to find a street address. So be careful when you deal with them
