Craftivating, worst business to deal with

I placed an online order in November 2023, paid,order was confirmed. December i started getting excuses about the shipment that is delayed due to the festive season, January i was told end of January il get my delivery. Every week another excuse, it is now March i asked for my money to be refunded, was told it will take 24-48 hours it is now a week still waiting, still one excuse after the other. This is the worst company to deal with. Never do business with them, dont know if I'll ever get my money back
