CRAFTIVATING - Useless

ORDER NO C***: Ordered and paid 30.10.2022 as a Christmas gift. Nothing received yet - not answering your phones. All transactions done via mail, no human contact. Now cancelled my order as still not received as on 05.02.2023. You just cannot contact these people. You should not have internet site or Facebook or sell anything but anything online. U are absolute useless and should get a fine for doing this. There should be stricter rules for companies doing this.
