Craftivating- The service is horrible

What a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order in November and still haven’t received my order. Around three weeks ago I sent an email stating I want a refund, because everything I sent an email my order date was always extended. I still have not received my refund till this day. Not only that, they are horrible with communication, you have to be the one that has to send an email regarding your order, otherwise you will never receive communication. Stay clear!!!!
