Craftivating Terrible customer service

I wish i could give this company a mins 5 star review. I am a pensioner and ordered from them on 20th June 2023. It was supposed to be an imported item but by 29th July there had been no communication from regarding the status of my order so i decided to cancel the order. They thanked my and asked for my banking details which I supp****. When nothing had happened by 8th August I once again contacted them and asked when I would receive my refund and was told "“ The order is queued for refund and will be processed soon A reply has been added by the Michael von Benecke on your ticket 18326. Kindly follow this link #18326 to get an insight of the message.". Now it is 14th August and I still have not received my refund and have not been contacted by them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
