Craftivating Site is a Money *****ing ****

I placed an order in January this year. Upon enquiring the delivery date in March I was informed that the order is not yet ready as they are awaiting shipment. I was not informed of such delay and was disgusted by such poor customer service. I immediately requested a refund and was informed it would be processed. To date nothing has been refunded and I have to constantly follow up and the only response is an automated email response. I think that this company uses this method to ***** from people.
