Craftivating Refund outstanding - Poor Business ethics and they do not care

I placed an order for dining chair covers on the 23rd Novber 2023. I still had not received my order on the first week of January 2024. I sent a cancellation request on the 04th January 2024 and have not received further comkunication after that.
