Craftivating order outstanding

I placed my in September 2023 and when I queried my order they did reply on occasion saying their supplier is delayed and it would arrive within the next two weeks. This went on until I said I want my money back. There has been no response to that and telephone lines don’t work. Gosh I need my money back - please respond!
