Craftivating: More than 3 months later - no goods, no refund, no response to my email and no answering of phone

• I placed my order on 30 December 2023. This was order #C*** • I enquired about where my goods are on 20 February 2024. • On 21 February I got a response and I was assured I would get them within 8 – 12 working days. • On 13 March I wrote to you again as I still did not receive my goods. I requested a refund and they responded to say they would attend to it • I sent another message on 30 March asking about my refund and I have had no response. They do not even answer their phone on ***
