Craftivating lack of service.

I ordered and paid via Payfast on 09.01.2024. Needless to say not a word from Craftivating about the order which is due to be delivered by Paxi. I have sent an email to Craftivating and tried to phone a number of times. Still waiting for them to answer the phone. Still waiting for an answer to my email. Disgusting service. Will never use them again and doubt whether I will ever receive my order.
