Craftivating is a crafty ****

Complete **** Placed my order in January, the delivery dates on the items said 6-10 working days, but the order confirmation then said delivery at the end of February. I have followed up regularly and was told to wait another 10 days. Eventually I realised the items were never going to arrive so requested a refund. Their response was "sure" but of course, there has been no refund and just banal automatic responses every time I request more info. This is another one of those sites that pretends to be a local South African business but actually there is no business or stock here in SA.
