Craftivating I will never buy from you again, no customer support at all

As my previous review has been removed by hello peter. I will write a review again to warn people to be careful when buying from Craftivating. I bought a item using Payflex from Craftivating. Just before Christmas I cancelled my order as the product I orderd was for Christmas and not receiving it deemed it worthless. I was still in the right to cancel, as Craftivating stipulates that if the item was not send yet it could be cancelled. I cancelled and received a ticket with a link...it did not work, I contacted Craftivating throuh email numerous times, to find out why I cannot get into the link, to make sure the item was cancelled...they did not reply to a single email..then just before new years I contacted Payflex to request my payments back as I was already due for the 3rd payment, I tild them I did cancel with Craftivating, no reaponse, can they please cancel my payment plan..Payflex immediatly contacted craftivating and in less than an hour Payflex paid my money back..why was it nessasary to contact Payflex to get things sorted? There is no customer support at Craftivating at all...I have all the emails send to craftivating and all the emails to and from Payflex. Craftivating cannot come and try and delete my review as this is all true, and Hellopeter should investigate more (with the reviewer) before just removing reviews. Craftivating even had the nerve to tell Payflex that the order is still in Estimate time of arrival....thats not the point I already cancelled just before Christmas, I did not want the item anymore. They could respond to Payflex but not to me as a customer, says alot about you Craftivating
