Craftivating - DO NOT USE THEM

They don't deserve a 1 star rating. There shoud be a -10 star rating for this company. When you buy fromnthem, they don't tell you that it can take two months and longer to receive your order. The hace no communication at all and the same automatic message of "unexpected delays" keeps being the excuse. No one actually phones to tell you what is happening. Thwy have tauggt me a lesson though. To first check reviews BEFORE ordering from a company. This is disgusting and if people want to loose their customers, they must keep ordering from this company where your businiss stands still due to non delivering. I asked for a refund, and is still waiting for them to reply. I was forced to find alternatives and ordered from Shein and received my order within a week. Same goods and the customer care was brilliant. Please, do not use Craftivating. Looks all great on their webesite, but that is where it stops.
