Still waiting for my refund , I placed a order 25 October 2023, communication is terrible if you don't send a email enquiring about your order you will not hear from them 😞!!! I sent various emails and I was very patient as they said they have shipping issues , at the end of January I sent a request for refund as the goodies I ordered were for Christmas which never arrived due to shipping issues , I recieved a email saying I will get a refund it Is now the end of February still no refund no communication , when I track my order it says C*** is currently on refund / yoco card , how long is this refund going to take another 3 months !!!
