Craftivating ****

This company is a COMPLETE ****! 3 months and nothing has been delivered. They kept claiming there were 'delays' with no details of what delays or when anything could be expected.

They then claimed that they processed my refund and funds would be in my account in 4-5 days. 13 days later and NOTHING. Emails go unanswered, phone calls go unanswered.

The company is Xvanta Pty Ltd trading as Craftivating. I would suggest that anyone who has not received goods or their funds back file a chargeback with you bank and then also report them to Yoco if you paid with Yoco.
