Can't deliver, worst on-line shopping experience

I've placed an order with them Aug 2023. I started enquire Nov 2023 up to March 2024, about the delivery, then requested that my order be cancelled and I get refunded). Every time it was the same (automated?) response "we are waiting for the shipment". That ship must have entered the Bermuda Triangle because its been SEVEN months since my order was placed. This is the second order I've cancelled from them - thought I'd give them a 2nd change. Will never order from them again. Patiently awaiting my refund..... The one star is for the fact that they do have a website and email address, clearly NO stars for service/delivery
