Bad service & delivery delays

I placed an order on 28 November. Spent almost R800 because I bought Christmas presents for my whole family. I still haven’t received my package and Christmas is in 3days. I have no clue what to do because I tried contacting them and their email reply is useless. So far my family won’t have gifts. I have no idea what to do
