Bad service and no delivery and no refund - you will loose your money

Place an order with them early November 2022 with expected delivery towards the 25th Nov. Firstly no communication from them regarding the progress of your order. When I inquired what is happening they said there was a delay with the supplier. Gave a few more days and then in December decided to cancel and ask for a refund as clearly I was not going to receive my order. Till date I have not heard from them or received a refund.

When you call them there is automated message for every option to contact them via email. When you send an email you get an automated response that the query will be dealt with in 48 hours and then nothing after that at all.

Pathetic service Pathetic Company to deal with Don't place any orders with them as you will loose your money and not receive your orders.
