BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order on the 28 November 2023, till today the 22 Feb 2024 I 'm still waiting for my goods. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have encountered . Never again this was the first and the last time. Very disappointing. The worse part is that even when you make a follow up they just carelessly respond to you as if you are bothering them.
